The Hopper 690 vacuum system is based around an alloy waste tank with 690 kilogram capacity. The unit has many different configurations and can be powered by compressed air or electricity. The unit provides a solution to waste recovery when a standard industrial steel drum is just not viable.

Hopper 690 Pneumatic air powered industrial vacuum system - vacuum only

This industrial air operated version of the Hopper 690 comes in 4 compressed air configurations. 100 cfm right up to the Ultra powerful 260 cfm. This unit can be used for all wet and dry waste with immense power.

  1. Pneumatic drum vacuums are powered by compressed air, they do not use electricity
  2. There are no moving parts to wear out, cause friction or create a spark
  3. Can be used in both wet and dry applications
  4. Designed and manufactured in Australia
  5. 4 times the power of electric vacuums
  6. Huge 5 metre water lift
  7. 5 year warranty

Hopper 690 Pneumatic air powered industrial vacuum system - reverse filter clean

This industrial air operated version of the Hopper 690 comes in 4 compressed air configurations. 100 cfm right up to the Ultra powerful 260 cfm. This unit can be used for all wet and dry waste with immense power.

The power of this system comes from the pneumatic powerhead which supplies compressed air to the twin or triple venturi's that are sitting attached to the alloy steel lid under the yellow silencer hood. The sound signature is between 89-95dB depending on the internal baffles uses. The more power required the thinner the baffles used which slightly increases the sound signature.

The reverse filter cleaning can be activated by disconnectiing the power hose from the HPV690 vac inlet to the reverse filer clean inlet. Then attaching the compressed air line to the second (yellow) air fitting and then turning the ball valve. This supplies compressed air into the reverse jets that blast compressed air through the filter from the inside.

The unique design of the reverse venturi's means that the drum cannot over pressurize when in reverse mode. Pressure is released though the throat of the ventuirs and the exhaust ports.

Hopper 690 Electric powered industrial vacuum system - washable bag filter

This industrial air operated version of the Hopper 690 comes in 4 electric versions. The base model is the twin motor 2000 watt version. This unit can operated with a 38mm suction hose extending to 10 metres. Starting from $5750 (2019 prices)

Hopper 690 Pneumatic air powered industrial vacuum system - reverse filter clean + cyclonic separator

This industrial air operated version of the Hopper 690 comes in 4 compressed air configurations. 100 cfm right up to the Ultra powerful 260 cfm. This unit can be used for all wet and dry waste.

The cyclone is the heart of the system as it captures approximately 99 % of all dust, grit, blast media and powders and directs it into the capture tank bypassing the filter on the main power drum. This allows longer run times without the need to change and clean the filters.

The combo unit with cyclonic separator starts from $6990 vac only (2019 prices) - $7450 reverse filter clean
