Combustible dust vacuum 100 cfm with HEPA and cyclone

Spillrite Explosion-Proof Vacuum Cleaners are ATEX certified and UKCA certified safe for use in hazardous locations as part of a combustible dust control program and are suitable for most flammable and combustible waste. Spillrite vacuums are certified under ATEX directive for Europe and also UKCA EX which will be the new directive for the UK which comes into effect in 2022. These standards are for equipment approved for use in explosive atmospheres.

The latest combustible and hazardous dust vacuum from Spillrite Vacuums Australia is the the HEPA100EX/CYC/TV.

With cyclonic separator and equipped with HEPA filtration is this model. Built on a stable and strong aluminium frame measuring 1220 mm long x 610mm wide and 1060mm high.

These units have been designed to be intrinsically safe in the following environments - Class I, Class II, & Class III environments, divisions 1&2.

Spillrite EX models have no ignition source, no heating element and will not cause sparking when in operation. Power head is constructed from powder coated mild steel and when atop the steel drum and placed on the ground or trolley and connected to the supplied earth grounding strap any static charge will dissipate into the ground or through the anti-static suction hose.

Platform trolley AS units have grounding chain from the metal trolley and the stainless steel drums are grounded to the trolley.

Unit comes with a trolley to convert to a mobile wet and dry vacuum unit.

1. The SPAV has a powder coated anti-static metal silencer shroud bolted to an anti-static explosion proof mild steel lid
2. The chrome wand attached to the floor tool adds to the anti-static characteristics of the unit
3. The unit comes with 3 metres of explosion proof smooth bore suction hose
4. Metalic explosion proof anti-static fittinsg are used throughout the system
5. A grounding chain is secured at the front of the trolley to allow a static dissipation path

The HEPA cyclone trolley vacuum is built to order. Normal build is 7 working days. If the HEPA filter is not in stock please allow 2-3 weeks in total as we get HEPA filters manufactured specifically to each clients requirements

Tipping bin.

The collection bin that sits beneath the cyclone is attached to the the trolley by a tipping frame. This means that when the cyclone is removed the collection bin is cantilevered on the frame to help the operator empty the contents without having to lift the bin. It simply tips on the frame. This ergonomic feature helps prevent workplace injury and strain.
